untitled-sandbox is built to help users collaborate, create, and share safely. To maintain a positive and secure environment, you agree not to engage in any of the following:

• Access or attempt to use another user's account without permission.

You acknowledge that you are solely responsible for all actions taken under your account and for the content you share. Failure to follow these rules may result in content removal, suspension of features, or termination of your account, at our sole discretion.

5. No-Appeal Bans

In cases of serious violations — including but not limited to malicious exploitation of the Platform, harassment, abuse or threats, intentional disruption or damage, and repeated breaches of these Terms — we may impose bans that are final and non-appealable .

We may suspend your ability to use all or any part of the Services, or may terminate these Terms, immediately and without notice or explanation. Without limiting the foregoing, we may suspend your access if we believe you to be in violation of any part of these Terms, due to unexpected technical or security issues, any fraudulent or illegal activity, or nonpayment of any associated fees.

After any suspension or termination, you may or may not be granted permission to re-establish an Account, and you may lose access to any points accumulated towards rewards programs (if any). You agree that we shall not be liable to you for any termination or its effects.

You are always free to discontinue your use of the Services at any time. You understand that any termination of your Account may involve deletion of any content stored in your Account, for which we will have no liability.
